Lotro download dat files

Hello, I've played F2P some-what time ago and I remembered there was a high and low resolution download and after looking on the site there still is (for PC atleast). I'm downloading now from Steam and I wonder what version does steam have for download? The high, or low resolution? I'm quite new to Lotro, actually I haven't played it for more than 1,5 hours I think.
